Dealey Plaza, Dallas

Morph visits the famous plaza where President John F. Kennedy was assassinated. That's the book depository in the background. Even though Dallas is in the deep American south, it was -10C that day (with wind chill). Very, very cold indeed. How were the fountains still working?
